Heather Combs is the Administrator of the Residential Care facility for Sweet Bye N Bye. She has worked for our company for the past 2 years. Heather has many years of experience working in long term care communities including memory care, and adult foster care. Heather has expertise in crisis management, problem solving, sales and marketing. Heather believes strongly in excellent customer service and relations. Heather feels “that she wants to make a difference in the lives of the seniors she cares for, and let them know that they are loved.”Heather is married, and has 4 children ranging in ages from 12-22. Heather recently became a grandmother! She enjoys spending time with her family, and is committed to her faith.
Randy Laront is the Administrator for At Home Assistants, an in-home care agency. He has been working in his current position for the past year and a half. Prior to working for At Home Assistants, Randy worked for a local hospital, and ran the non-invasive cardiac program. He has a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and has a background in cardiology. He is married with three sons and one daughter, and recently became a grandfather! Randy likes working with seniors, and enjoys “seeing life through the eyes of our seniors”. He enjoys spending time with his family, and hunting. He is a musician and enjoys playing music.
Yori Johnson is the Administrator for the Adult foster Care Homes. She has worked for our company for over 4 years, and is a long story of success. She began with our company as a relief caregiver, and has grown into the administrator role. She has several years of experience working in long term care settings, and is very knowledgeable of care issues and resources for our
